Our 18th anniversary my husband went to Heritage Jewelers and bought me a beautiful necklace. He was so impressed with the store he wanted me to go with him and select earrings as well. Please know Im an online shopper with mixed emotions regarding a jewelry store for the Best Buy. He introduced me to Tyler whom I already had read all his reviews. What can I say, they are absolutely right, a true desire for Customer Satisfaction. We found the perfect earrings and in need of overdue repair to my wedding ring, a gorgeous blue diamond! An upgrade my husband had promised for our 20th. Even with the repair and replacement work, Tyler wanted to make sure we could have it all done for Valentines Day. Not sure he can deliver ? He already has. The ambience he created for the whole experience was a pleasant reminder. I HIGHLY recommend heritage for all of your jewelry needs. My finance and I honestly dreaded the process of engagement ring shopping because we knew how many jewelers would hound you as soon as you walked in the door. When we walked into heritage it was so different. They were all polite, kind, and didnt hound us at all. We worked with Tyler and he did not disappoint!! He showed us a selection and let us look but stayed close just in case we had questions. Once we had an idea he came over and explained the settings and diamonds in great detail.
