I recently visited the Marketplace location in search of Mickey Mouse jewelry to commemorate his 90th Anniversary. I was immediately assisted by Yari. She was very pleasant to work with and was patient as I created the perfect bracelet to celebrate the event.
My friends and I had such a great experience here I walked in for a charm and left with some limited edition pieces, new bracelets, and a ring for my grandma. Everyone was great , so much so that I applied to work here. :)
Nonexistent customer service. My card was charged for a ring allegedly ordered from another store because this store was sold out. It was supposed to arrive Monday 1/2/17 & they were going to call me to say it was in. There was no call & when my son checked for status, he was told the holiday held it up, they would check with the delivery company & call me right back. It is 1/3/17 nearly 7 pm & no call. To make it worse, I have called repeatedly & there is no answer other than a recording advising to "enter your remote access code." WTH is that? TERRIBLE & I will be in touch with Pandora main office to let them know what a lousy representative this location is of their brand.
The manager, Tyler is the man! He knows how to take care of his customers and run the most efficient store I have ever seen.
