  I worked with Lucio and Jody on a custom engagement ring and words cannot describe how happy we are with the finished product. Lucio helped me find the stone I was looking for within my budget and build a dream ring. He helped educate us and was very patient throughout the process. His customer service and passion for what he does is second to none. We had the ring resized afterwards and Lucio followed up with us after hours a day later to make sure it was a perfect fit. I will certainly be doing future business with Lucio and would absolutely recommend family friends and colleagues to Battisti Jewelers. Thank you so much Lucio and Jody!

  Lucio is such a wonderful person and does the most amazing work! The prices are great and the customer service is simply the best out there. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the stunning diamond earrings and beautiful custom ring that he made for her! This Christmas was very special because of Lucio. The beautiful ring he created for my wife had her in tears when she opened it! All of our watches are really happy too:)Lucio's knowledge, attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none.   Lucio and Jody do amazing work! They are trustworthy and super talented. They were able to rebuild and repair my heirloom jewelry that no other local jeweler was able to do.
