A couple years back I was shopping for a simple ruby ring and browsed at all the jewelery stores on Ridge (there are a lot!). I almost put in a custom order across the street when I walked into Charisma and found exactly what I wanted for a much better price! The staff is very friendly and welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door!Recently I had the ring resized, and even with the holiday season they were quick to get the job done. Very impressed by their service.
