Poor customer service experience on Friday 12.07.18 @ 10:12PM when agent lost his patience. My request was to pick up the ticket the day of travel next Saturday 12.22.18 = After the tkt was printed I said that I didn't want the paper ticket now but next week. Unfortunately, he said it was my error - even though I had printed this specific request on the sheet of paper that I had handed to him. I said I didn't like the fact he got upset. A refund was issued because we both failed to realize that being upset helps nobody. I told the agent I was going to book it online. Greyhound lost a customer and I lost the opportunity to have the trip to Orlando paid for.

The staff that help us carry our luggage is very nice and very helpful.
BEWARE. BUS NEVER CAME. My daughter was scared and alone while waiting FOUR HOURS for the bus. I tried calling customer service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Spent 45 min talking to a woman named Mark who kept telling me random times because she had no clue what time zone I was in. The clerk at station was rude. MY DAUGHTER NEVER MADE IT HOME FOR THANKSGIVING. Only way to refund my money is by sending a written request in the mail. Yet they took my $156 online with no problem. Horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Peter Pan bus lines were on time in and out the whole time my daughter waited. Greyhound try to use the holiday and rain as an excuse. Hey, PETER PAN BUS LINES were running and efficient
Place is kinda run down and not a place to spend a long layover. Plumming was not up to par in the restroom almost no water pressure and the whole place needs a good cleaning. On the positive side the people were nice and helpful. From what I've heard they are building a new place across the road. Hope it's completed sooner than later..
