Called ahead and reserved a vehicle storage unit. Arrived to finalize the paperwork, both front end computers are down. They have to check the computer in the back office, only to inform me that not only could they not honor my reservation but they were over-booked!How does this happen in 2018? No alternative or recompense offered. No response from their generic customer service feedback online. AVOID UNLESS THIS IS YOUR FINAL OPTION!
Do not book Bright Side Movers with Uhaul. They are the most disrespectful movers I have ever seen. They lie and ruined several pieces of furniture and walls and then tried to blame it on the customer. Very crooked people. Very crooked. U haul should not associate with these people as it's bad for their reputation.
Was late to ship out ubox, changed reservation on me to cover the problem up, and won't answer the phone.

Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and swift. Renting the pickup truck was a breeze. The facilities are well-lit, clean, and easy to navigate. There was no wait when I visited. I called before I came and the over-the-phone conversation went well. This is in a strange location, but a safe location.
