This place is absolutely horrible!!! I have 3 different orders from 3 different places and all of them have been sent here and then they get sent all over the east coast!! What in the world is going on here?? Why is place even open?? I'm going tomorrow to my local post office to file lost mail claims. I'm also going to ask who I can contact to complain about this matter. I'm not the only person that this has happened too. Is anything being done to resolve these issues that people are having with this place?? Is it not against the law to steal or tamper with mail?? I personally think this place NEEDS to be investigated!! I hope they enjoy a $8 watch, a toy boat for my son, and a box of rabbit toys!!
I use USPS Priority Shipping services with pre-paid bar-scan labels several times a week. About 50% of my contiguous US shipments take longer than 5 days to arrive to their destination no matter where or when I mail them. Tracking usually shows the delays occur at this NW Rochester Processing & Distribution Center. Just one of many unsatisfactory experiences with the USPS in this area. It makes the parts of the system that do work well look bad as a whole :(
Packages usually do take a day longer than other usps stops everything I've had do through here did consistently ship out in about two days
Package valued at over $500 has been stuck in purgatory here for a week apparently. Absolutely no help from USPS so far despite many emails over the past week. How can you give an establishment a negative rating?
My business requires me to order things online a lot.. Every time I do, this stop along the way is almost certainly going to take 3-4 days, if the tracking info is to be believed. The most current order is stuck there now, it was supposed to be delivered today, last night it said it departed this facility only to update and tell me that it had been delivered back to this facility, for the second time... I'm not sure what's happening there but this place needs to get their act together... I'm glad to see I'm not the only person that has noticed how terrible they are at their jobs...
