This venue is amazing! Rebecca is super fun and accommodating and only looks out for the best of her guests. The energy of the party was kept constant and upbeat because of her and her staff. I would love to have an event here again.
Worst experience ever. The bartender gave us an ugly look for having the audacity to come in while they were open. When I asked if they had bourbon he just said "yes," and when I asked what kind he pointed over his shoulder and continued staring at us. When I asked for a sidecar he told me he didn't have that type of bourbon. So I explained that it was not a bourbon, but a drink with bourbon in it, and how to make one. I got another dirty look for having the audacity to order a drink while they were open, so I brought my request down to his meager abilities, and ordered a bourbon and club. That was apparently acceptable. To be honest, I would never have stepped into such a pretentious place to begin with, but I was there with friends for a birthday. Definitely will not return when I am in the area.
We chose Brass for a graduation party for about 35 people, and were so happy that we did!The staff, especially the event coordinator Rebecca, went above and beyond helping us make the event exactly what we wanted - and more! The decorations were perfectly on point and coordinating everything with them was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to host a private party in Rochester!
I've been going to Brass Since the opening launch and the service has aways been Phenomenal! VIP Service is Top Notch. Very welcoming & attentive staff, that pays close attention to detail!
