I returned one of the library book through the return window as the office was closed. After 10 days , I got an email saying that I owned $35 fine for not returning the book and the email threatened me to send to the collections agency if I dont pay within 10 days. I called them three times and they still could not find the book. What I see from this point is , the staffs are so careless that they didnt even update my account after getting the book. I end of paying fine at my local library branch at their maximum limit fine. Fine was not a big deal, if I had lost the book , but the book was returned to the library.

Staff are awesome here. I can always find what I'm looking for. If I use a computer while I'm there and have any trouble, they immediately come to help. Nice atmosphere.
