Went for a normal hair cut but came back after worst hair cut. Very bad service

Very very poor service, took my son for hair cut. Done a quick job while leaving small cut on his ear and neck. She prefers to answer her phone while cutting his hair and saying cuts are very normal with kids as they got senstive skin. No sympathy. My son was not even moving his head and sitting very still for his hair cut. Very disappointed with the service. Need to work professionally.
I went here to get my legs waxed. I asked for a half leg which on their website and on their pamphlet is priced at $20. I then told the beautician that I wanted a half leg and asked if that was just above the knee down, she said yes and then proceeded with the treatment. Side note: it was incredibly bad service, the room was dirty, the waxing table was dirty and she pull the wax strips off so slow. Then at the end of the service I went out to pay and she said $40! Im a pretty anxious and depressed gal and I find it real hard to correct people in those situations so I paid, left and called them when I got to my car asking why it cost $40 when the service was listed as $20. I was told it was because I am fat. She said the $20 was average pricing and that for fat people they charge more. No where on the website or the pamphlet does it say average pricing or that they charge more for fat people. Im a body positive girl so I dont mind being called fat, but Im average sizing at best when it comes to plus size girls. I felt super angry and embarrassed and she would not take thats not okay as an answer. Also I still have patches of hair all over my legs.
cant explain how satisfied i was with the hairdressing service at Mantra. I had my 4 year old son get a haircut, alongside a quick trim for myself and both my son and i left happy and satisfied. money spent well! highly recommended, friendly staff that even offered me tea! thank you lovely ladies
